Alumni

We have been incredibly lucky to work with amazing people through the Project. Some of these members are not part of the primary team anymore, but we could not have made it where we are without them! 

manmit singh (they): manmit singh is a PhD student in the Gender, Race, Sexuality, and Social Justice Program at the University of British Columbia. They worked as a Research Associate with the Project from 2022-2024.

Sana Siddiqui (they): Sana Siddiqui is a poet, librarian, and memory worker. They are passionate about inviting and creating story in place and in transition/movement. For the Project, Sana supports the coding and cleaning of transcripts from narrators as well as the creation of guidelines on the processes of our work to share with community. Sana feels called to offer their support to communities that they have ties to by shared history as well as land-based relationships in hopes of co-creating past, present, and future worlds. They worked as a Research Associate with the Project in 2024.
